Legends/Icons Online

An ongoing web series for Photo District News and Kodak Professional, Legends/Icons Online brings the work of great contemporary photographers to the web, telling their stories through a combination of traditional HTML, Flash, digital video and audio. Various projects have included Flash image galleries, video interviews, audio image slideshows and specialized features such as darkroom techniques, travel and equipment guides and film excerpts. Currently in its fifth year online, the project has featured the work of renowned photographers including Richard Avedon, Jerry Uelsmann, Gordon Parks, Duane Michals and Steve McCurry.
